Donna Karan Jewelry Chandelier Pouch Bag
Definitely not for the timid, the awesome Donna Karan Jewelry Chandelier Pouch Bag makes an instant statement as soon as it enters the room. The rocker-worthy bag, shaped like a teardrop, is embellished with all kinds of gold, silver and rhinestone-encrusted chains, lending it a downtown-chic vibe. Something as fashion-forward and bold as this requires confidence and a great outfit to match, so pull out all the stops and you can guarantee a head-turner of a night.

Sienna Miller Gets Busted with Balthazar and Balenciaga
Looks like “Brothers and Sisters” star Balthazar Getty may not be getting back with his wife after all - at least not being caught red-handed out on the prowl in London with former (?) mistress Sienna Miller. As for Ms. Miller? She may be looking a little coy, but she’s also looking pretty chic, wearing a classic cream coat, cowboy boots, and - ooh - a petite Balenciaga Motorcycle purse. So much hotter than a diaper bag, we guess.

Rachel Zoe Makes a Coffee Run with Her Chloe Purse
Oh you just know that Brad or Taylor is about to be reamed out for not getting Rachel Zoe her coffee. The star stylist and ringmaster of Bravo’s “The Rachel Zoe Project” hit the streets in pursuit of caffeine. Normally I’m not a fan of the fur vests and Mrs.Roper muumuu dreses, but I dig Zoe’s all-black ensemble and I REALLY dig her black Chloe Paraty handbag. It’s you know…BANANAS.

Jessica Simpson carrying a Louis Vuitton handbag
Last time we saw Jessica Simpson carrying a Louis Vuitton handbag, she was wearing sweats. This time, the newly single starlet got it right, pairing her monogram purse with a summery floral frock on a recent night out. Okay, so the clashing prints are a bit of a hiccup, but it’s good to see Jessica smiling again. Nothing like a little Louis Vuitton to perk a girl up! As always a louis vuitton bag looks classy and elegant. As a designer handbag a loius vuitton bag is one of my favorite handbag not only because of its style but because of its legance and a one of a kind design.

Coach Soho Leather Satchel purse
Could your search for the perfect everyday bag finally end here? Presumably, if Coach has anything to say about it. The Soho Leather Satchel aims to please trend-loving fashion mavens who still appreciate a touch of classic simplicity in their wardrobes. This satchel is smart and practical, loaded with pockets and compartments galore. Red is such a neutral nowadays that this would fit nicely into any woman’s arsenal. It may be basic, but it boasts those little details that make it an intriguing purse. Also in pink, black and saddle.

Kate Spade NY 400th Anniversary Uptown/Downtown Tote
Choosing the bag of your dreams can be a tough one, but if your goal is something slightly more specific - say, celebrating the 400th anniversary of New York City - then you’re in luck. The new Kate Spade Uptown/Downtown Tote pays homage to the city in an entirely unique, cute way. The white side of this canvas carryall is “Uptown,” while the black is, fittingly, “Downtown.” Subway-inspired symbols dot the entire thing, but it’s inside where most of the intrigue lies. Two zippered pockets are etched with little gems only a true Manhattanite could appreciate - “Counting Stars. Grand Central Station.” and “Don’t Mind the Line. The Shake Shack.” among them. If you’re one (or know one), you’ll want to get your hands on it before it’s gone.

Rebecca Minkoff sample sale this week end
With tons of A-list fans, and cute designs that are truly functional, I don’t need to tell you all that much about one of Purse Page’s favorite designers. However, I am happy to tell you that those of you in the Washington D.C. area are finally getting the attention you deserve. I know that most of the sample sales we list are either in NYC or the West Coast. The folks at Rebecca Minkoff have noticed how many of you stylish citizens don’t always have the chance to shop in these cities and is offering heavily discounted merchandise to you this weekend.

Fendi Ombre Logo Basket Tote
Is it just me, or does this Fendi Ombre Logo Basket Tote have “Samantha Jones” written all over it? (No wait- it’s got “Fendi” written all over it.) While I could definitely see our lusty logo-loving New Yorker falling for this flashy Fendi, I’m not sure I can. Available in blue or red, the coated vinyl tote does have a certain over-the-top kitschy appeal that might be fun for a weekend afternoon or a trip to the beach. But with the economy looking the way it is, I’d feel a tad guilty carrying something so in-your-face logo-happy. Never mind trying to find the right outfit to wear it with

Cameron Diaz with her Louis Vuittons
In Hollywood, it seems that it is mandatory for celebrities to travel with Louis Vuitton Luggage. Well you can’t certainly blame them. The brand has a long and established reputation of elegance and dependability. Louis Vuitton bags combine both style and function, and if you’re traveling, it is always essential that you have luggage you can rely on, and the fact that you can carry them so fashionably is a big added bonus. Here is a pictures of Cameron Diaz (courtesy of people.com) traveling with their Louis Vuittons.

Rebecca Minkoff’s Market Tote
Go to market, to market with Rebecca Minkoff’s Market Tote. The best part? It comes with a fun silk scarf that you can wear in your hair or on another Minkoff bag (most women who have Minkoff handbags can’t stop at one!). The washed leather is soft and supple, and the casual slouch is great for weekends and relaxed days of low key shopping. Minkoff is calling this color dusty, and it sort of is: a soft cocoa brown with gray undertones. If you’re looking for a versatile bag for spring and summer, look no further.

Madonna’s Louis Vuitton purses
Eat your heart out, Guy. Madonna’s new campaign for Louis Vuitton proves that she’s not one to let a bitter divorce and a birth certificate that says she’s 50 bring her down. Shot by photographer Steven Meisel, the new ads show the Material Girl putting those yoga classes to good use while showing off two Louis Vuitton purses. I’m kind of into the exotic beading on the classic monogram style, but I have to save that the mustard-hued version with the oversized beads leaves me a little cold. What do you think?

Kim Kardashian's Louis Vuitton handbag
Another day, another Louis Vuitton for Kim Kardashian, who dropped by Dash for a little shopping with her sisters. This time it’s the Traveler, from the Cruise ‘09 collection designed by Marc Jacobs. I’m not particularly crazy about this bag, though I love how roomy it is. It doesn’t exactly scream “practical!” for a day spent gallivanting around town, does it?

Ashley Olsen's crocodile Fendi handbag
Man, does Ashley Olsen look like a bad-A or what? The Maverick shades, the black blazer, the utterly divine crocodile Fendi handbag? I’m scared…and jealous. Not bad for a gal who used to be known for a Pebbles ponytail and movies like “It Takes Two.” Of course, looking cool is pretty much a slam-dunk when you’ve got a sleek, goes-with-just-about-everything Fendi bag in tow. Gotta get me one of those.

Nicole Richie's Balenciaga City in black
For me, Nicole Richie has sort of fallen off the map. I used to be semi-obsessed with her style, tracking down Jil Stuart shorts and Curve camisoles like it was my job. Then she grew up, had a baby and disappeared. Nicole is still out and about every once in awhile, but I guess the paps don’t care about her anywhere near as much as they once did because we don’t get a ton of candid shots of her anymore. But when we do, you can bet 8 out of 10 times she’s rocking her good ol’ Balenciaga City in black. The bag goes with everything and is becoming a classic for those under 40. I love my own Balenciaga City to pieces and still find myself reaching for it, even after I’ve acquired other bags. Do you see the Balenciaga City as a classic purse? Balenciaga Gold Giant City Black
